Ed Hoessman, President
Ed’s main areas of expertise is (1) Project, Configuration and Provisioning Management. (2) Logistics Engineering, (3) Contracts Management, and (4) GSA Schedule, Procurement and Proposal Training and Management. He has worked for and consulted to U.S. and Canadian Governments, both large and small contractors working with Federal, State and Local government agencies, for the past 44 years. Ed has been successful in helping companies win over $10+ Billion dollars in government contracts since 1980. Before that he worked directly for the Department of Defense and U.S. Air Force. Ed is a Past President of the Seattle Chapter of the International Society of Logistics Engineers and is currently a member of the Mt. Baker, Bellingham chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI).
Patrick Schoonover, Vice President
Patrick has worked in a variety of industries from procurement to security and construction. His expertise is in Project Management, GSA Schedules, Procurement Development, Proposal Development, Proposal Management, Data Management, Inventory Management and Distribution Management. He has managed projects on multimillion dollar commercial and residential developments. Patrick is also currently a member of the Mt. Baker, Bellingham chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI).
Lynne McCutchen, Secretary/Treasurer
Lynne McCutchen, Administrative Manager – She has worked in a variety of companies as office manager, and as the Corporate Secretary for three companies. Her wide range of administrative and financial skills has contributed to the success of these and other companies. Lynne’s expertise covers corporate and general administrative support, sales support, contracts, budgets, AR/AP and payroll. Her background is ideally suited to assist in the continued growth and success of IGC Associates, Inc.
